Now let’s fast forward a few years. My mom also worked in the practice as a dental hygienist, and she would pick my brother and I up from school some days and bring us to the office to play in the waiting room until she and my dad were done with work. We must have been 5 or 6 then. I remember I loved being there. I felt like part of the team. When I was 8 years old, I decided I wanted to be an Orthodontist. I saw the lifestyle my parents had, and I thought it seemed great! By age 14 I was working in the practice at the front desk, and I started to really get to know the patients. I learned who their family members were, what their hobbies were, I heard about their life events, and they became like family to me. I continued to work there in the summers until I started dental school. While in school I found my passion for cosmetic dentistry and decided not to go into Orthodontics, but instead to join my father and pursue general dentistry. I started managing the practice pretty much right away and 7 years later we decided it was time for me to buy the practice. So, In January 2022 I became the proud owner of Levy Goldman Dentistry.
